He earned a bachelor's degree in Agribusiness from Oklahoma State University and built his chemical-industry expertise as a top-performing Account Executive at Harcros Chemicals, supporting a wide range of market sectors.

Today Haden leads operational integration and revenue growth across the group, and oversees hiring — building a company anchored by exceptional people.
