HydroChem Holdings is a family of industrial cleaning and chemical businesses headquartered in Oklahoma City. Each company keeps its own name, team, and customers — backed by shared supply, equipment, and support.

Founded in 1952 and family-run for two generations, Reeves makes chemical products for the livestock and horse trailer industry. HydroChem acquired the business in 2023.
Fleet washing chemicals and parts sold through its ecommerce store and a nationwide network of stocking distributors, including the industry's best two-step cleaning chemicals.
Professional onsite washing across Oklahoma and Texas for industrial fleets, heavy equipment operators, and oil & gas, delivered by a dedicated fleet of mobile wash units.
A B2B supplier of parts, machinery, and chemicals to oil and gas, agriculture, and construction equipment dealers, paired with repair and maintenance that limits downtime.
HydroChem Holdings was co-founded by Max Bolt, Haden Coffey, and Jake Long to own and operate industrial cleaning and chemical businesses for the long haul — most of them family-owned or founder-led before joining us.
We work alongside the managers already running each company, adding purchasing power, equipment, logistics, and back-office support so they can grow without losing what made them work in the first place.
Across the group we supply high-performance cleaning products and services to trucking fleets, livestock and trailer makers, oil and gas operators, agriculture, and construction — with a reputation built on safety, reliability, and showing up.

Sitting in the middle of the country's trucking, energy, and agriculture corridors keeps our companies close to the customers and equipment they serve every day.
HydroChem Holdings was co-founded and is co-owned by Max Bolt, Haden Coffey, and Jake Long, who work directly with the leaders of each operating company.

He serves on the Executive Committee of Houk Holdings, LLC, is Director of Crane Basin Co., and manages a portfolio of industrial companies and real estate.
