Max Bolt

Max Bolt is a co-founder and partner of HydroChem Holdings, the Oklahoma City holding company behind Reeves, Fleet Wash Supply, Fleet Wash Pros, and Wolverine Industries.

He earned a master's degree in Finance and Accounting with honors from Oklahoma State University and began his career in transaction advisory at Houlihan Lokey, specializing in industrial services — though his foundation was built working alongside his father in blue-collar trades.

Max serves on the Executive Committee of Houk Holdings, LLC, is Director of Crane Basin Co., and manages a portfolio of industrial companies and real estate. At HydroChem Holdings he focuses on acquisitions, capital, and the financial discipline that lets each operating company grow without losing what made it work.
